Clinical History:
The patient was a 47 Y/O man, with Hx of anteroseptal wall MI 1 month before reference.
His recent cardioangiography revealed
monovessel disease (LAD) with LV dysfunction as follows:
LAD: 70% stenosis after D1 & 30% stenosis in midportion with good run off.
D1: 50% stenosis in proximal portion.
OM(s): Normal.
RCA: 30% stenosis after RVB.
LVEF: 45%
So PTCA on LAD was performed for the patient in the same day. After 1 month he was
refered for myocardial perfusion scan.
EST
The patient has tolerated 87% of PMHR during ETT and no significant ST-T change was
detected.
MPS
Myocardial perfusion SPECT study demonstrated:
-
Apical, septal and distal part of the anterior walls infarction with mild viability,no reversible ischemia.
- Mild ischemia of the inferior and inferolateral walls.
