1-Please bathe before coming to the institute.
No food should be taken 3 hours before coming.3- Stop taking the following medicines under your doctor's supervision:
(It is not necessary to stop taking other medicines)

1. Atenolol, Propranolol (Inderal), Sotalol, Carvidolol, Amlodipine (Norvasc), Amlodor, Amlopress, Metoprolol (Metoral): 72 hours before attendance

2. Diltiazem, verapamil: 48 hours before attendance

   
   

3. Isosorbide, Nitroglycerin, Nitrocontin: 24 hours before attendance (In case of chest pain , using sublingual Nitroglycerin pill is permitted)

4- Men are required to shave their chest and abdomen skin for better  connection of the exercise test wires to their body.

5-Please carry an open front loose shirt with you. (buttons on the shirt shouldn't be metal) 

6-You are certainly required to carry all the documents concrning your heart problem. (Angiography result, PTCA, CABG, echocardiography and so on).

7- Notice that the appointment is approximate due to the work condition, although considerable attention has been given to make it exact. In case of any change in the appointment, you will be notified in advance.

8- Patients who cannot attend at the due time for any reason, are required to notify the institute 48 hours in advance, otherwise their deposit will not be paid back because of buying the scan medicine.

9-Please do not bring more than one attendant (Specially children and pregnant women).
